  • 1 Cream cheese (8 oz/227 g)
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 packages Spinach (6 oz/170 g)
  • 1 Bottled artichokes (12 oz/340 g)
  • 150 ml Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Panko

    Step 1
  • Put the cream cheese in a bowl and bring to room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • Warm a frying pan and add the olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Add the spinach once fragrant and saute.

  • Let the spinach cool and chop it up. Add to the bowl from Step 1.
  • Step 4
  • Chop up the artichokes as well and add to the bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Mix in the Parmesan as well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
  • Next, put into a heatproof dish and sprinkle panko on top.
  • Step 7
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 375°F (190°C) for 20~30 minutes until browned.
