  • 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 c chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 c mung bean sprouts
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

How to Make Asian Chicken Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Asian Chicken Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make the dressing by combining the vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well mixed.
  • Step 2
  • Place the chopped lettuce, bean sprouts, shredded chicken, carrots and scallions in a large bowl; pour the dressing over all and toss well. Divide between 4 plates and serve. (210 calories/serving; GL=2, Glycals=6)
