  • 10 Chicken wings mid-section
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp ● Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp ●Honey
  • 1 tbsp ●Sake

How to Make Asian-Flavored Spicy Chicken Wings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Asian-Flavored Spicy Chicken Wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut a slit in the middle of the wings along the bone. (You may be able to buy chicken pre-cut like that.)
  • Step 2
  • Put the flour and curry powder in a plastic bag, close the bag up and shake well.
  • Step 3
  • Put the wings in the plastic bag and shake to coat with the flour mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Heat up some sesame oil (or vegetable oil) in a frying pan and start frying the wings skin side down. Fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • In the meantime, combine the ● ingredients.
  • Step 6
  • After about 6 minutes, turn the wings over, and cook for another 6 minutes or so, turning again occassionally.
  • Step 7
  • When the chicken is cooked, wipe out the excess fat in the pan with paper towels.
  • Step 8
  • Add the combined sauce, coat the wings taking care not to let them burn, and they're done.
