  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Asian grilled salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • lay the salmon in a baking pan, whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
  • drizzle half the marinade onto the salmon and let sit for approximately 10 min.
  • Step 3
  • either grill for 4-5 min. turn over and grill for another 4-5 min. OR
  • Step 4
  • put salmon in the oven and broiled it for 5-10 min., turn over and broiled for another 5-10 min. until slightly brown.
  • Step 5
  • spoon leftover marinade on top and let fish to rest for 10 min. and serve.
