  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp cold water
  • 4 tsp cider vinegar

    Step 1
  • Cut chicken breasts into cubes. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over raw chicken in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

  • In a medium pan, mix the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, and 2 tsp sugar until well blended. Heat on medium heat

  • Mix in a separate bowl the cornstarch, water, and cider vinegar

  • Stir into the chicken mixture until bubbly and thick
