  • 8 oz mixed Baby Bella, Shitake, and Oyster mushrooms (washed and stemmed)
  • 2 cup Korean onions (washed and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 lbs salt

How to Make Asian Sausage & Mushrooms

    Step 1
  • Brown sausage in pan until cooked.
  • Step 2
  • In another pan heat olive oil over medium heat and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, soy and teriyaki sauce.

  • Drain and pat dry sausage.
  • Step 5
