  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 cup cooking Oil
  • 3 tbsp Assam (Tamarind) Paste
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2 lemon grass
  • 300 grams Squid
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 6 lady finger
  • 1 dash Salt / fish Sauce / sugar
  • 2 tomato
  • 500 grams sting-ray fish

How to Make Assam(Tamarind) Curry fish & squid

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Assam(Tamarind) Curry fish & squid in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Blended all Sauce ingredients (added cooking oil until it turn into a Smooth paste)
  • Step 2
  • In hot pan stir fried vegetables for 2 Minutes, Set aside
  • Step 3
  • in another hot pan Stir fried lemon grass until golden brown, add in Assam curry Paste, Cook until the initial added oil separate from the paste
  • Step 4
  • add in Water, bring to boil; add in Vegetables, cook for 3 minutes, add in fish and squid Cook for 15 Minutes
  • Step 5
  • Added salt / fish sauce to taste (add in sugar for Extra flavor)
