  • 100 grams Bread (strong) flour

  • First, combine the cake flour, bread flour, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Crack the eggs, and beat thoroughly (we will proceed to add in the egg over three turns).

  • After the dough has become crumbly, add in more egg and continue to mix.

  • Once the dough becomes glossy, wrap it up in plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Step 7
  • Take the dough out of the fridge, divide into 2-4 equal portions, dust with flour, roll out to your desired thickness, and cut into your desired length (you can also use a pasta machine).
  • Step 8
  • This tastes great boiled for a maximum of 10 minutes.
