  • 1 tsp ・Doubanjiang
  • 70 ml ・Water
  • 1/2 tsp ・Sugar
  • 1 ■Oil
  • 1 1/2 cm ■Grated garlic (tubed)
  • 1 ■Minced Japanese leek

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Authentic Shrimp with Chili Sauce in 15 Minutes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse with water, then pat dry with a paper towel. Coat with katakuriko.
