  • 30 grams Sakekasu (sake lees)
  • 1 tbsp Milk (or soy milk)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Grated wasabi
  • 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Nagaimo yam (finely chopped)

How to Make Avocado and Sake Lees Dip

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Avocado and Sake Lees Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the sake lees in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with milk and microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
  • Step 2
  • When the sake lees have cooled down add the wasabi, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Drizzle in the olive oil little by little while mixing continuously.
  • Step 3
  • Peel the avocado and take out the pit. Mash it up with a fork and mix in the lemon juice. Finely chop the nagaimo yam.
  • Step 4
  • Mix the sake lees, avocado and nagaimo yam together and it's done.
