  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 grams Small shrimp
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sake

How to Make Avocado and Shrimp Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Avocado and Shrimp Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed, then cut into 1 cm chunks. Sprinkle half of the lemon juice on top.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle the sake onto the small shrimp, dry fry in a pan, heat through, then let cool.
  • Step 3
  • Add the avocado from Step 1 to the shrimp from Step 2, then add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix lightly. Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and it's done!!
  • Step 4
  • It goes well with Tomato and Anchovy Pasta..
  • Step 5
  • I always use this mayonnaise. It's so creamy, it's hard to believe that it's just mayonnaise.
