  • Toppings of your choice:
  • 1 dash Shredded nori seaweed
  • 1 dash Ichimi spice (or ra-yu)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Avocado, Japanese-Style in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the ● ingredients together well.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the avocado in half. Stick the heel of your knife into the pit and give it a turn to remove it cleanly. (Be careful not to cut yourself.)
  • Step 3
  • Peel the avocado, and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
  • Step 4
  • Add the combined ingredients from Step 1 to the avocado and mix.
  • Step 5
  • Transfer to a serving plate and it's done. Top with shredded nori seaweed or ichimi spice to taste.
