  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Long grain white rice
  • 2 cup veggies (peppers, onion, etc)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Assorted seasoning

How to Make Bachelor Chow

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bachelor Chow in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start rice cooking per instructions
  • Step 2
  • Brown ground beef, add worcestershire and soy sauce and chili powder. Season further if desired (italian and montreal steak spice are good)
  • Step 3
  • When ground beef is browned, drain and set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Put a bit of cooking oil in a pan and put in veggies, cook until tender.
  • Step 5
  • Add ground beef and rice and mix well.
  • Step 6
  • Serve! Good with a bit of sriracha sauce.
