Ingredients: Bacon Bowls

  • 1 packages Bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cup diced hashbrowns
  • 1 dash salt & pepper
  • 1 packages sharp chedder cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tin foil

How to Make Bacon Bowls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 13 steps you must follow to make Bacon Bowls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • Slice package of bacon in half.
  • Step 3
  • Using muffin tin, arrange 3 slices of bacon in layers making a bowl shape.
  • Step 4
  • Break off strips of tin foil and form into balls large enough to place in middle of each bacon bowl. Keeps bacon in place while cooking.
  • Step 5
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • In lg. skillet heat vegetable oil, then add hashbrowns. cook them till brown stirring often.
  • Step 7
  • While bacon and hashbrowns cooks, melt butter in small skillet.
  • Step 8
  • In Small bowl mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
  • Step 9
  • When butter melts, pour in egg mixture. Stir eggs while they cook till fluffy. Remove from heat.
  • Step 10
  • When bacon is done, remove from oven and let stand to cool for a bit.
  • Step 11
  • Arrange bacon bowls on baking sheets. Stuff each bowl with 1 tbs each of hashbrowns and eggs on top.
  • Step 12
  • Place back in oven on Broil for 3-5 minutes. Remove and arrange on place.
  • Step 13
  • Sprinkle on the cheese. Top it off with sliced green onion.
