  • 4 small baguette
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb thick cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 cup gruyere (shredded)

  • In a saute pan over medium high heat, cook the bacon until crispy
