  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 C button mushrooms; sliced
  • 10 oz arugula
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper; thick julienne
  • 1/2 red bell pepper; thick julienne
  • 1/2 red onion; julienne
  • 3 garlic cloves; creamed
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper

    Step 1
  • Lay bacon on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

  • Garnish with bacon.
