Ingredients: Bacon Roasted Brussel Biscuits

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits (8)
  • 1 bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts
  • 8 tsp Pesto
  • 8 tsp Cream Cheese
  • 8 Squeezes of Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Drippings
  • 8 pinch Shredded Asiago Cheese

How to Make Bacon Roasted Brussel Biscuits

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Bacon Roasted Brussel Biscuits in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat Oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Open your biscuits and stretch them a bit, then fit into a muffin pan. Push down your bottom and sides to the pan, making a cup and leaving room for your Brussels. (Don't forget to grease your pan)
  • Step 3
  • Microwave steam your Brussels.Add Bacon drippings to a skillet. Then saute Brussels in drippings for about 8 minutes. (Use salt and pepper if desired to season the Brussels)
  • Step 4
  • Add your teaspoon of Pesto into the bottom of each biscuit
  • Step 5
  • Distribute Brussels evenly and pop them into your biscuits. Sprinkle Shredded Asiago on top of each biscuit.
  • Step 6
  • Top with a teaspoon each of Cream Cheese.(you can even spread the cream cheese inside the outer rim of the cup, I would do that next time) Then a few dabs of Sriracha on top.
  • Step 7
  • Bake in oven until Biscuits are golden. About 15 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • Enjoy!
