  • 5 Sausage links
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 packages dried apricots (the package I bought had about 40)
  • 15 to 20 skewers, soaked for 30 minutes in water
  • Baste/Dipping sauce
  • 3 tbsp apricot preserves
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bacon Sausage Apricot Kabobs in your home by yourself.

  • Precook sausage, boil 10 minutes then cool and cut in 1/4 inch slices
