  • 4 each boneless chicken breasts
  • 20 slice bacon
  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 cup diced tomato

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Fry 4 slices of bacon. Crumble and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Rinse chicken breasts and then butterfly to allow for stuffing.

  • Stuff equal amounts of crumbled bacon, chopped kale or spinach, and feta cheese into chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
