  • in large mixer bowl beat butter for several minutes until very light and fluffy
  • Step 2
  • slowly add half of powdered sugar a few spoonfuls at a time until incorporated

  • slowly drizzle Irish cream and whip until combined
  • Step 4
  • add rest of powdered sugar until desired consistency achieved
  • Step 5
  • fill pastry bag and pipe onto cooled cupcakes
