Ingredients: Baked Cheesecake

  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 4 tbsp Sugar (caster sugar)
  • 3 tbsp Flour (cake flour)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 200 grams Cream cheese

How to Make Baked Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Baked Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender. Mix to a smooth consistency.
  • Step 2
  • Pour the mixture into cups. Fill them up 70-80%.
  • Step 3
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ (338 F) for 30 minutes. Insert a skewer in a cake and if it comes out clear, it is ready. If you would like them to be a little more golden, bake them for another 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Cool them on a wire rack, then put them in the fridge to chill. You can also enjoy them half frozen.
  • Step 5
  • If you use an 18 cm round pan, the height will be around 2 cm. This picture shows cheese cake served with my favourite blueberry jam.
