  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup sliced cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup bacon or beef slices

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C. In large oven pan add oil or spray oil or parchment paper
