  • 1 kg fossili pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 hand full spinach
  • 3 cup cubed ham
  • 3 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 grated parmesan and cheddar cheese
  • 1 cheese sauce

How to Make Baked Fussili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Baked Fussili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta in a salted boiling water with drops of olive oil.
  • Step 2
  • Once cooked, drain water and set aside. Make sure pasta is covered to keep it moist.
  • Step 3
  • Heat olive oil and then sauté onions. Add ham, mushroom and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Add cheese sauce. Stair to combine all the ingredients.
  • Step 5
  • Layer cooked pasta in your casserole dish, followed by spinach, ham and mushroom sauce. Repeat step 5 until pasta and sauce are all added. Top it with grated parmesan and cheddar.
  • Step 6
  • Bake until the topping is golden brown. Serve it with green salad of your choice.
