  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs (optional)

  • prepare pasta. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • melt butter in large saucepan, medium-low heat.

  • whisk in milk for 5 minutes or until thickened.
  • Step 5
  • reduce heat to low. Stir in salt, black pepper, red pepper, 2 cups cheese, and cooked pasta.

  • bake for 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
