  • 1 box of your favorite macaroni & cheese <I used Kraft aka Kraft Dinner>
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 dash of salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cooking spray

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Baked Macaroni and Cheese Balls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cook mac and cheese according to directions on box, then spread evenly in a 9 x 9 pan and refrigerate overnight or until cold and set
  • Step 2
  • preheat oven 350F/spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray
  • Step 3
  • in a small bowl whisk egg and milk together
  • Step 4
  • in a second bowl combine flour, garlic and onion powders, and salt & pepper
  • Step 5
  • in a third bowl combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
  • Step 6
  • cut cold mac and cheese into 1" x 1" squares
  • Step 7
  • form a square into a ball, roll in flour mixture, then into egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs repeat for all mac & cheese
  • Step 8
  • place on prepared cookie sheet
  • Step 9
  • bake 30 min or until desired crustyness is achieved
  • Step 10
  • turn every 10 minutes to make sure all sides toast
