  • 1/2 lb fontina cheese grated
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 3 stick of margarine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb white sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 5 lb potatoes peeled washed and boiled

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make baked mashed potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • boil potatoes add stick of margarine evaporated milk make the mashed potatoes
  • Step 3
  • melt 2 stick of margarine mix with olive oil and breadcrumbs put breadcrumbs mixture in bottom of a baking pan 9x13
  • Step 4
  • gently spread potatoes over the breadcrumbs
  • Step 5
  • in a sauce pan heat evaporated milk put all the cheese into the milk melt the cheese mix water and cornstarch together add to cheese sauce to thicken
  • Step 6
  • pour over top of potatoes and bake for 45 minutes
