  • 2 large ripe Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 med. Sweet Onion diced
  • 1 large clove Garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. dried Oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbs. Lemon juice
