  • 8 tilapia fillets (thawed)
  • old bay seasoning
  • seasoning salt (i use lawrys)
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 1/4 tsp paprika (2/4tsp)
  • 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder (2/4 tsp)
  • 2 1/4 tsp pepper (2/4 tsp)
  • 2 1/4 tsp basil (2/4 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes (can use dry minced onions)
  • cooking spray
  • parsley

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Place tilapia fillets on a baking tray lined with foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Step 3
  • Season top of fillets generously with old bay and seasoning salt

  • Bake for 10mins meanwhile mix remaining ingredients except parsley in a med. bowl
  • Step 5
  • When fish come out of oven switch oven to broil
  • Step 6
  • Top fish with a layer of breadcrumb mixture (press gently into fish to help keep on place)
  • Step 7
  • Broil 3-5 mins. Or until topping is golden garnish with parsley and enjoy
