  • 8 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 packages bacon bits
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch green onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Baked potato salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • This is what I used for my salad.
  • Step 2
  • Wash potatoes. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in pot and boil until fork tender. Do following steps while you wait.
  • Step 3
  • Cut green onion into small pieces.
  • Step 4
  • Mix together the mayo,sour cream, onions and bacon bites.
  • Step 5
  • Once potatoes are done, rinse in cold water.
  • Step 6
  • Once cooled, mix the potatoes with the mayo/sour cream/bacon bit/green onion mix.
  • Step 7
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
