  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 small Yellow Onion
  • 1 small Eggplant
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Yellow squash
  • 3 medium Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

How to Make Baked Ratatouille

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Baked Ratatouille in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat Oven to 400°F
  • Step 2
  • Spread 1/2 cup marinara over the bottom of a deep pie dish or rectangular casserole dish.
  • Step 3
  • Thinly slice onion and sprinkle over marinara
  • Step 4
  • Thinly slice eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, and tomatoes (about 1/4" thick) slice pieces in halfs or quarters to make similar in size. Layer in casserole dish like dominoes.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano, and basil over vegetables. Then pour remaining 1/2 cup marinara over everything.
  • Step 6
  • Cover with tin foil and cook for 30 minutes
  • Step 7
  • Remove tin foil, sprinkle mozzarella and return to oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
