Ingredients: Baked Sago Pudding

  • 1 cup Sago
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence

How to Make Baked Sago Pudding

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Baked Sago Pudding in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 160°C
  • Step 2
  • Soak Sago in Water for 30 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Boil milk & stick cinnamon on high heat until boiling , reduce heat & remove stick cinnamon & add sago & pinch of salt
  • Step 4
  • Stiring continously so that sago doesn't stick or burn , cook for 15 minutes
  • Step 5
  • Remove from heat , add sugar and vanilla essence
  • Step 6
  • Add butter and eggs and mix throughly
  • Step 7
  • Pour into greased baking dish & sift cinnamon on top
  • Step 8
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes
