Ingredients: Baked Salmon

  • 1 lb Salmon(fresh)
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/3 slice Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sazon
  • 1/2 tbsp Adobo
  • 1 tbsp Ms. Dash spicy
  • 1/3 tsp Black pepper

How to Make Baked Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Baked Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add salmon into a bowl with water and vinegar. Let it sit while you cut up your vegetables. Be sure to peel the skin off the back of the salmon fillet.
  • Step 2
  • Cut up your onions, red peppers and garlic.
  • Step 3
  • Add the red peppers, onions and garlic to the bottom of a baking pan.
  • Step 4
  • Add your dry seasoning to your salmon. Then the place your salmon on top of your vegetables.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 250° to 300°. (My oven is super hot so I put it on 250°)
  • Step 6
  • I served with quinoa, lentil beans, broccoli and corn on the cob.
