Ingredients: Baked Salmon

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tsp fresh finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 fresh chilli pepper, sliced
  • 10 grams chopped broccoli
  • 10 grams green beans
  • 5 grams spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed inside skins
  • 1 a drop of olive oil
  • 1 a slice of lime

How to Make Baked Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Baked Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre-heat an oven to 220°C / 200°C fan.
  • Step 2
  • On a sheet of baking parchment or tin foil, pour the drop of oil into the centre.
  • Step 3
  • Lay the green beans, broccoli, and spinach on the sheet. Then place the salmon on top.
  • Step 4
  • Place the butter, chives, parsley, garlic clove and chilli.
  • Step 5
  • Lay the slice of lime on top, now wrap the salmon inside the sheet, making sure to create a bag, leaving room for the fish and veg to steam inside.
  • Step 6
  • Place in the oven and cook for 15-20mins or until cooked to your liking.
