  • 1 packages won ton wraps
  • 10 oz spinach
  • 30 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup romano cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1 marinara for dipping

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make baked spinach ravioli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cook spinach with 2tbsp of water on the stove for 5 min or till wilted. let it cool then drain excess water.
  • Step 2
  • mix ricotta cheese, spinach, romano cheese, salt and pepper and mix well
  • Step 3
  • drop 2 tbsp of mix in center of one won ton on a baking tray with non stick spray on it.
  • Step 4
  • brush edges of won ton with water or eggwash
  • Step 5
  • put second won ton wrap on top n crimp edges together tightly with fork
  • Step 6
  • heat over to 375
  • Step 7
  • brush raviolis with olive oil
  • Step 8
  • bake for 10 or 12 min then serve with marinara sauce.
