  • 1 bunch brocolli

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
  • season 4 talipia fillet with olive oil,sea salt,ground black pepper, parsley flakes, light lemon, light cyanne.

  • cut veggies to desired size about half dollar size
  • Step 4
  • toss veggies with same seasoning
  • Step 5
  • combine one fillet with a handful of veggies and wrap each in a foil dome
  • Step 6
  • put in oven for 15-20 min. depending on fillet size
  • Step 7
  • for the last 5 min open foil and put oven on low broil if you desire a crunch
  • Step 8
  • serve with a side of white or brown rice.
