  • 3 cans solid white tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard (or mayo if mustard isn't your thing)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion (i used dried but fresh is fine too)
  • 1/4 cup panko
  • cooking spray (pam)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Baked tuna cakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain tuna. Heat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
  • Mix tuna, bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, onion, and spices. Form into twelve cakes.
  • Step 3
  • Dip both sides into panko.
  • Step 4
  • Spray cooking sheet with pam. Also spray tops of cakes, so that they brown in the oven. Cook 10 minutes, flip, and then cook for another 10.
