  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/2 large onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp rosemary oil
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
