Ingredients: Baked Ziti

  • 1 box ziti noodles, as directed on package
  • 1 jar favorite spaghetti/marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 8 oz ricotta
  • 1 packages shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 tsp season salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

How to Make Baked Ziti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Baked Ziti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil noodles as directed, drain & set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Brown beef in a deep pot with all seasonings & onion, then drain.
  • Step 3
  • Preheat oven @ 375°. While meat is cooking, mix egg with ricotta.
  • Step 4
  • When meat is done add all ingredients, except for mozzarella.
  • Step 5
  • Place everything in a lasagna pan & top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil & bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve with salad & garlic bread, or vegetables.
