  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp bacon drippings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Balsamic butter steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Season the meat put into a ziploc bag add vinegar oil set in the refrigerator 60 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Sear the meat in a frying pan with bacon drippings
  • Step 4
  • After you sear both sides add to pan put in oven 3-5 minutes let sit 10 minutes to rest
  • Step 5
  • Take the marinade from bag put into pan add butter
  • Step 6
  • Let it simmer stirring occasionally till nice and thick add sugar
  • Step 7
  • Cut the steak on a bias
  • Step 8
  • I made a mistake on the recipe I had 3 tablespoons of salt instead of 1 I am sorry for all who did this recipe with 3Tbs salt instead of 1 my utmost apologies
