Ingredients: Balsamic pasta salad

  • 1 box pasta noodles (i like the tri color veggie spirals, or wheat bowties)
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced and peeled
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (more or less, depending on pasta +veg)
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes, garlic (adjust by taste)
  • 1 whatever other veggies you think would be good
  • 1 sometimes i add sliced pepperoni :)

How to Make Balsamic pasta salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Balsamic pasta salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cook noodles as directed on box, rinse in cool water and drain
  • Step 2
  • prepare veggies- peel, dice, etc
  • Step 3
  • put veggies in bowl, add dry seasonings, toss
  • Step 4
  • add noodles, oil, vinegar. toss.
  • Step 5
  • serve immediately, or let marinate in fridge for a few hours (may need to add extra olive oil to remoisten if left in fridge)
