Ingredients: Balsamic Steak Rolls

  • 2 lb Flank Steak
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 steak seasoning (I used Flavor God)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 5 Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth

How to Make Balsamic Steak Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Balsamic Steak Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut steak into 3 inch wide strips and tenderize with meat hammer you should get about 8 strips
  • Step 2
  • Season steak with salt pepper and worcestershire sauce and let them marinade for 1 hour
  • Step 3
  • While the steak is marinating chop up the carrots, bell peppers, green onions and zucchini into matchstick size pieces and peel crush garlic
  • Step 4
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan add the finely chopped shallots and sauté it for 2 min add the balsamic vinaigrette brown sugar and beef stock and stir together
  • Step 5
  • Allow sauce to come to a boil and reduce half it's volume. When the butter starts to separate turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl
  • Step 6
  • In the same sauce pan add a touch of olive oil and toss in the garlic and let it flavor the oil for a few
  • Step 7
  • Turn the heat up and add all the vegetables except green onions. Season with Italian herb seasoning and salt cook for about 2 mins then transfer to a bowl
  • Step 8
  • Start to assemble steak Rolls take marinated stips and place veggies plus green onions and roll up and close with a toothpick
  • Step 9
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat add some olive oil add season beef rolls with steak sesonin and add to the oil cooking to your liking on each side
  • Step 10
  • Lastly once steak Rolls have cooked to your liking put them on a serving dish and spoon the balsamic sauce over top of steak Rolls and enjoy
