  • 1 Onion
  • 3 bunches Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp ■Grated garlic
  • 1 1/2- tablespoons ■Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dash ■Salt
  • 1 tsp ▲Lemon or lime
  • 1 sour cream or mascarpone Cheese (optional)

How to Make Balsamic Vinegar + Mint Flavoured Tagine

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Balsamic Vinegar + Mint Flavoured Tagine in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Roughly chop everything. Mix the ■ ingredients together.
  • Step 2
  • Spread a layer of onions in the tagine. Add the tomatoes, avocado, and any other vegetables you like.

  • Cover with a lid and heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the chicken and the seasonings from Step 1. Put the lid back on and turn off the heat.
