  • 70 grams Joshinko flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 Powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder as you like

How to Make Banana Balls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Banana Balls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • If the banana is ripe, use as is. Otherwise microwave (on high level) for 40-50 seconds. Then, place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree.
  • Step 2
  • Add condensed milk and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • In another bowl, mix the joshinko flour and baking powder well. Now transfer this to the banana mixture and combine well.
  • Step 4
  • Shape the mixture into one flat square shape like in this picture. Divide into 24 portions and preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Step 5
  • Now shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven for 14-15 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • Step 7
  • Once cool, coat with powdered sugar, brown sugar, or cocoa powder.
