  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 brown sugar

    Step 1
  • In one bowl mash bananas, oil and eggs until well mixed
  • Step 2
  • In second bowl combine flour, white sugar, salt and baking soda
  • Step 3
  • Pour contents of first bowl into second bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Step 4
  • Once fully mixed, pour into bread pans, muffin tins, or whatever your preference and sprinkle top lightly with brown sugar
  • Step 5
  • Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Approx 45 min to 1 hr
