  • 1 cup flour(I used cornflour and wholewheat flour 50:50)
  • 2 tbsp sugarless(dutch)cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts(I used only walnut)
  • 1 tsp oil(olive/coconut or any other type of oil)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp sweetener(I used eritrit)

How to Make Banana bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Banana bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Smash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Then add all the other ingredients to the banana and mix them well.
  • Step 3
  • Take this mix into a tray which is covered with baking paper and a bit of butter or oil. Bake it for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
