  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3 Overripe Bananas, Mashed

    Step 1
  • Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan and preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Step 3
  • In separate bowl, mix together applesauce and honey.

  • Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  • Step 5
  • Stir banana mixture into flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
  • Step 6
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
