  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 chia eggs
  • 3 bananas (pureed)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

How to Make Banana Bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Banana Bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spray 2 loaf pans. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in one bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another, mixing very well. Slowly add flour mixture, combine well but don't overwork. Divide mixture evenly between loaf pans.
  • Step 2
  • Bake 325° for 60 minutes
