  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips(optional)

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • using a fork, smash 3-4 bananas in a large bowl.
  • Step 3
  • using a wooden spoon, mix the smashed bananas with the melted butter
  • Step 4
  • add the egg, sugar and vanilla and mix well
  • Step 5
  • add the baking soda and the salt and mix well
  • Step 6
  • add the flour and mix well

  • add chocolate chips(optional)

  • pour into a greased 4×8 loaf pan

  • bake for at least an hour, depending on how many bananas you added
