  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs (room temp.)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2-3 cups mashed ripe bananas
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup raisin (soaked in red wine for 30 mins. or more and drained)
  • 1/3 cup crushed peanut
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Banana bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Banana bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cream the butter and sugar until the color become pale or lemon yellow.
  • Step 2
  • Slightly beat the eggs and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Mash the bananas, set aside
  • Step 4
  • Add the beaten eggs to butter mixture then bananas. Mix... Then add the flour mixture. (flour, salt and baking soda; sifted) gently fold in.
  • Step 5
  • Add raisins, cinnamon, peanut into batter mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Drop in prepared/greased pan (9 x 4 inch loaf pan) and shake a little to release the air. Then bake for 35-40 minutes at 250°C or until the skewer come out clean when you check.
