  • 5 medium super ripened bananas
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Banana Bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Banana Bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat together 5 super ripe bananas and liquefy. Add four eggs. In a separate bowl cream together sugar and butter until creamy and add to banana mixture
  • Step 2
  • Sift flour and add baking soda and salt in a separate bowl
  • Step 3
  • Slowly add in the dry mixture to the wet mixture until creamy. Splash in milk and vanilla.
  • Step 4
  • Spray loaf pans and divide mixture. I used 3 mini loaf and one regular loaf pan this time, I usually just use 2 regular loaf pans.
  • Step 5
  • Bake at 275°F for an hour. Let cool completely, slice and enjoy.
